Seaman is a fish with an anthromorophized face from the short series "Messing With Seaman". It's title is a play on semen. Sam T often attempts to trick Seaman, to which Seaman just insults him. Seaman is not animated by Sam T, but is in fact Sam T recording himself playing an old Sega Dreamcast game.
